Video Production Sydney CBD

Boardrooms, trading floors and conference halls. We film the CBD the way a busy office actually runs.

Content Department films corporate, conference and brand video across the Sydney CBD, from Barangaroo and Martin Place to Darling Harbour and Pyrmont. Our studio is across the bridge in McMahons Point, so a CBD shoot starts with a short drive, not a travel day.

Filming in the CBD

What a city shoot needs that most shoots do not.

01

Building access, sorted early

Loading docks, security inductions and lift bookings decide whether a CBD shoot starts on time. We sort them in the recce, not on the morning.

02

Crews that suit an office

Most CBD shoots happen around people who are working. A small crew, quiet setups and a tight schedule keep the floor running.

03

Executives with twenty minutes

Leaders give you a short window. We pre-light and rehearse the setup so the time on camera goes on the answers, not the adjustments.

04

Conferences that sell next year

ICC Sydney and the city's venues host most of the country's big conferences. The coverage should leave you with a launch film for the next one.

Why us

A CBD shoot is mostly logistics. Get those right and the film follows.

The difference between a good and a bad day in the city is rarely the camera. It is whether the crew got in the building, found the power, kept the noise down and finished before the floor got busy.

We plan city shoots around the building as much as the brief, then cut fast so the film arrives while the news is still news.

  • Recce and building access planned before the day
  • Small, quiet crews for working offices
  • Multi-camera conference coverage
  • Built in Australia, for brands selling to Australians
Before you brief us

Questions we get asked.

Do you charge extra to film in the CBD?

Travel within Sydney is part of the quote. Parking and building costs for the shoot are worked out in the recce and listed up front.

Can you film in our office during work hours?

Yes. We set up in a meeting room or a quiet corner, keep the crew small, and schedule the noisier shots for before or after the floor is busy.

Can you film at ICC Sydney and other city venues?

Yes. We have covered the Australian Governance Summit at ICC Sydney and plan venue coverage around the run sheet and the venue's own rules.

Can you fly a drone over the CBD or harbour?

Drone flights over the city and harbour come with airspace and permission rules. We check them in the recce and plan rooftop or high-floor angles where a drone is not possible.

Tell us the building, the date and what the film is for. We will come back with a plan and a fixed price.
