Content Department films conferences, summits and launches across Sydney and nationally. Most event coverage is a camera in the back of the room. We shoot events like a story with a deadline, and deliver while people still care.
Two films for the Australian Institute of Company Directors: one to sell the 2025 summit, one to mark a decade of it.

Ten years of summit footage cut into one argument about how the director’s job has changed.
Read the case studyAn event cannot be reshot. Everything that makes event video good happens before the doors open: knowing the run sheet, knowing where the light is, and having enough crew that nothing is missed while a camera repositions.
We plan events like productions, not like coverage. Then we cut fast, because a highlights film that lands three weeks later has missed its own moment.
The shoot is the easy part if the plan is right.
We walk the venue, read the schedule and plan coverage against the moments that matter.
Cameras placed for the room you actually have, audio off the desk, backup on everything.
Stage, floor and roaming. Interviews captured between sessions while people are still warm.
Same-day social cut if you need it, then the full highlights film on the date we agreed in the quote.
Event pricing is mostly people and hours, so the tiers reflect how many of each.
One operator, one highlights cut. Good for a single session or a small launch.
Multi-cam, interviews and a fast turnaround. What most conferences need.
Full coverage across days, with same-day social output while the event is still running.
Tell us what it has to do, where it runs and when you need it. You get a fixed written quote before anything starts, and we will tell you if a smaller package does the same job.
A social cut on the day is possible with an on-site editor. The full highlights turnaround is fixed in the quote, before the event, so you can plan your post-event comms around it.
Yes. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately, and for interstate work it is usually cheaper to add a day than to split the trip.
Multi-cam means you lose an angle, not the session, and everything records with backup. That redundancy is most of what you are paying for.
Every case study is written up end to end: the brief, the decisions and what the work did.
Send us the run sheet and the date. We will come back with a coverage plan and a fixed price.
